Growth problems are usually people problems wearing a disguise. Slow delivery, churned clients, a founder doing 4 jobs at once. I've seen all of it since 2014, and I've fixed most of it the same way: put the right person in the right seat, then hold the standard.

From one laptop to 1,600 careers.

I'm a registered nurse by training and a BPO founder by conviction. In 2014 I started Telework PH from home in Central Luzon. I had savings, a laptop, and a client list of zero.

Today we're 1,600+ professionals serving clients in the US, Australia, and the UK. In 2024, the Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista ranked us 7th among the Philippines Growth Champions. In 2025 I spoke at TEDx Forbes Park. God carried me through every hard year in between.

The mission hasn't moved: 5,000 high-paying jobs for Filipinos by 2030, so nobody has to leave their
family to build a career.
